In this Industry there has always been a concern for the amount of residuals (saw dust, wood chips) accumulated throughout all production. This is a problem for all of us in the industry. We sought for a better solution than pelletizing and discovered Pyrolysis and its application to produce valuable BioChar, BioCoal and Carbon Black from biomass residuals. This is now the solution we are adopting to our industry. It will form a base of revenue from the residuals that were otherwise spent on shipping or a loss of income because the residuals piled up and were needed to get rid of almost for free.

Biochar is packaged and sold to various markets in need of a carbon negative footprint. The product has uses of Plastic filler, Concrete filler, Food Industry filler, Rubber Filler, Agricultural farming and Forestry. This product is packaged and sold to the consumer for them to reach their best carbon footprint they have on the planet.
Bio Coal is packaged and sold to other various markets in need of carbon neutral footprint. This product is used as an alternative to coal burning with a neutral carbon footprint. The product can be packaged in large sacks for industrial consumers or small bagging with labels for retail consumers.
Our Carbon Credits are generated from the process we use to make the product and also the products natural properties to sequester carbon. Points given from the US Government for a green initiative product which can be collected and then sold to a carbon Positive producer for a negotiated price. The carbon Positive producer needs our credits to offset his credits so that they do not have to pay hefty fines. It is in all an effort from numerous governments to propelle the use of cleaner products in relation to our planet. These credits and the revenue produced from this will go into Development & Research as well as scale up our capacity.
Carbon Black is high carbon biochar that is ultra fine to be used as filler for products as plastic, tire, steel, food, agricultural, as well as concrete. Studies have shown that Carbon black as an additive increases tensile strength as well as lower mass weight. Carbon Black will be manufactured, packaged, and shipped to various industries as they adopt green energy practices.
